Let’s take a look at the meaning of the phrase “Shabbat Shalom.”

“Remember the Shabbat to keep it holy. You can work during the six weekdays and do all your tasks. But Shabbat is the Shabbat to G-d your Lord. Do not do anything that constitutes work… It was during the six weekdays that G-d made the heaven, the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the Shabbat. G-d therefore blessed the Shabbat day and made it holy.”
Shmot (Exodus) 20:8-11

Basically, Shabbot Shalom means Peaceful Sabbath.

When someone wishes you a “Shabbat Shalom” they are hoping you enjoy your day off.

Coral Castle is making the news today. Coral Castle is a popular vacation spot, because of its’ unique background.

Coral Castle, in Homestead, Fla., just south of Miami, is an intricate rock garden made of enormous pieces of coral, many of them weighing several tons.

But more amazingly, Coral Castle was built entirely by one man — Latvian immigrant Ed Leedskalnin, who stood just 5 feet tall and weighed 100 pounds. To this day, no one knows how he did it.

How cool is that? Sometimes love can compel people to accomplish amazing things. This looks like one of those times.

For a long period of time, it looked like the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba would remain a cold case. But in the last few days, news is emerging that points the finger at one of the prime suspects, and might even solve the case.

The case has been re-opened by the prosecutor in Aruba, based on information from Dutch reporter Peter R. de Vries.

Reporter Peter R. de Vries said he used a sophisticated network of hidden cameras in what he called an “undercover operation” to obtain evidence that he claimed “has solved the mystery” of Holloway’s disappearance on May 30, 2005.

Hans Mos, Arubane lead prosecuture, said he has “intensified [the] investigation of Natalee Holloway due to recently received information.”

The investigation had been closed.

“This information may shed a new light on the mode of which Natalee Holloway has died and the method by which her body disappeared,” Mos said.

De Vries had interviewed Joran Van Der Sloot, the prime suspect on TV this month. Van Der Sloot appeared unperturbed by the questioning he was receiving from De Vries, but angrily threw a glass of wine at the reporter when off camera.
